Robot cupcakes

The first time I saw these I literally squee-ed out loud; one of the strangest noises to ever have escaped my mouth by the way. These incorporate some of my favourite things all rolled into one awesome object of greatness: robots, bright colours and reusable muffin/cupcake cups. The heads even rotates for crying out loud! The only way these could be better in any way is if they came with tiny removable moustaches or could be wound up.

That's it for now! I've been so busy uploading everything and setting up shop, not to mention school work and making all these beauties...its been a long week for me already and I'm ready for a bit of sleep!

Etsy Shop is Up and Running

My Etsy shop is finally up and running! This is so exciting for me as I love to create with my hands and truly believe that homemade and handmade are the way to go. I currently have a couple of cupcake earrings as well as pendants up for sale and a few teapots!

Knitted Love

I  love scouring the internet for other people's creative knitting ideas. I never realized how many people like to knit items that look like food, but they're everywhere and super adorable! Anyway, here's a bunch of inspirational knitting items, most of which were found on flickr.

 These are so beautiful! I want to learn how to make these so that I can fill a vase with them. It might take me a while as I'm having the hardest time learning to crochet a flower. Can't seem to find a good video tutorial.

These are cute and colourful! I want a pair so bad! I think these were found on Etsy for anyone interested.

Speaking of knitted food, knitted cupcakes are all the rage right now. Everyone is making them. The ones at the top are felted.
